Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve conducting comprehensive assessments, creating personalized treatment plans, and delivering high-quality care to individuals in the comfort of their homes. What Matters Most Here’s what we’re looking for: A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited university/program. A current, unrestricted state license as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice. Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and compliance with policies and procedures.
