Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients by building rapport and fostering positive therapeutic relationships while adhering strictly to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to evaluate their progress, discuss stability, schedule future appointments, and strategize discharge plans when appropriate.

• Design, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans that are centered on the unique needs of each client.
\n
• Maintain comprehensive and current documentation of sessions, including progress notes, treatment adjustments, and relevant client communications.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be entrusted with working with a diverse range of clients dealing with various mental health challenges. This role involves providing direct psychotherapy services that may include individual counseling, group therapy sessions, and family counseling, aimed at helping clients navigate their mental health journeys effectively. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited program.

• Current, active, unrestricted license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Virginia.

• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in an outpatient mental health setting after graduation.

• Proficiency in utilizing computer systems, including Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, and email platforms such as Outlook and PIMSY, for efficient documentation and communication.

Compensation and Benefits\n
