Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments of patients, creating individualized treatment plans based on thorough evaluations and physician referrals.
• Implement and adjust treatment protocols across diverse cases, focusing on orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine patients.
• Utilize evidence-based practices in conjunction with patient feedback to optimize recovery strategies and enhance overall patient satisfaction.
• Provide both hands-on therapeutic interventions in the clinic setting and educate patients and caregivers during follow-up home care sessions.
• Participate in continuous staff training and development to ensure discussions about innovative therapeutic techniques and best practices are regularly incorporated.
• Document patient progress and outcomes meticulously, meeting required utilization goals and ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice serves a wide range of patients, including those recovering from major surgeries, young athletes re-entering their sports, children with developmental challenges, and adults facing chronic pain. Each patient's journey is unique, and our therapists are trained to approach each case with empathy, ensuring that we build strong relationships that facilitate trust and encourage active participation in recovery.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• A valid State License in Physical Therapy.
• At least two years of hands-on experience in a clinical setting, particularly focusing on orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Certification in Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association.
• Demonstrated proficiency in clinical documentation and the use of physical therapy management software.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with patients and their families.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in a rehabilitation facility or outpatient clinic, particularly in roles that required collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Exposure to patient education programs or initiatives to enhance patient engagement.
• Familiarity with advanced therapeutic modalities and assessment tools.

Compensation and Benefits
