Work Environment\n

This position is uniquely designed for telehealth delivery, allowing you to work remotely while making a direct impact on patient lives. You will connect with patients from the comfort of your own home, utilizing video conferencing technology to conduct therapy sessions, assessments, and follow-ups. Our team embraces a flexible work schedule, primarily operating Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with occasional adjustments to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor with Mental Health Service Provider designation (LPC/MHSP), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Tennessee.

• A strong understanding of mental health disorders and proficiency in evidence-based treatment approaches.
\n
• Previous experience delivering therapy with a focus on cultural responsiveness and inclusivity.

• Demonstrated crisis intervention capabilities and the ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with a diverse clientele.

• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant technology.

Compensation and Benefits\n
