Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, specifically focusing on symptoms related to mood disorders, including depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, taking into account their personal goals, preferences, and specific therapeutic needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, drawing from methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to guide clients toward improved mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Strong understanding and proven experience with evidence-based treatments such as CBT and DBT for mood disorders.

• Demonstrated successful outcomes in the treatment of mood disorders and a dedication to ongoing professional development.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, experience in an outpatient setting focusing on mood disorders, familiarity with telehealth technologies, and ongoing training in contemporary therapeutic practices are advantageous. Prior engagement in community outreach or mental health advocacy is also valued.

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
