Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, culturally sensitive, strengths-based assessments for new patients and their families, gathering pertinent information to inform treatment planning.

• Provide tailored individual and family therapy sessions based on identified client needs, employing various therapeutic modalities to facilitate healing and progress.

• Manage administrative functions, including accurate and timely billing, complete documentation, and the development of individualized treatment plans that align with insurance authorization processes.

• Create and implement crisis, safety, and relapse prevention plans as necessary to ensure the lasting stability of clients.

• Formulate and oversee discharge plans, supporting clients in transitioning successfully from active care.

• Adhere to federal and state laws, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, as well as meeting the policies and procedures established by NEHS.

• Engage in continuous professional development through training and education to maintain and enhance professional competence.
\n
• Participate in case consultations and agency meetings to discuss client progress, share insights, and collaborate on best practices.

• Complete all mandatory training and maintain all requisite licensure.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field, which qualifies for licensure.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) in the state of Arizona is required.
