This position is fully remote, leveraging the benefits of telehealth technology to reach and support clients in Nashville, Tennessee, and beyond. Your work schedule will typically be Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with flexibility to accommodate patients’ needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, culturally sensitive mental health assessments to gauge patients' unique situations and formulate effective treatment plans.

• Use evidence-based therapeutic interventions that are tailored to address both personal and cultural contexts of each patient.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions that focus on alleviating mental health concerns and promoting overall well-being.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to coordinate comprehensive treatment approaches.

• Deliver crisis intervention support, providing timely assistance during mental health emergencies.

• Facilitate educational sessions for patients and their families on understanding mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records in accordance with legal, ethical, and company standards.

• Participate in regular case conferences, team meetings, and ongoing cultural competency training.

• Stay up-to-date with evolving best practices in mental health and emerging cultural considerations relevant to therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at our center, you'll work primarily with clients from varied backgrounds, including those from underrepresented communities. Your role will enable you to make a profound impact on individuals dealing with complex mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and identity-related challenges. Emphasizing an inclusive approach, you will help build resilience and facilitate healing in a therapeutic space that values each patient’s unique story.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW in Tennessee.

• A strong understanding of mental health disorders coupled with culturally competent methodologies in therapy.

• Proven experience implementing individual and group therapy that reflects inclusive practices.

• Effective crisis intervention skills and the ability to manage high-pressure situations with professionalism.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in establishing rapport with a diversified clientele.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and related computer applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n
