Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, enabling you to work from the comfort of your home while maintaining a work-life balance. Working hours are set from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, with some flexibility in scheduling to accommodate the needs of our patients. You will engage with clients via telehealth platforms, ensuring confidentiality and comfort as you provide therapy and support.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to determine the needs of patients and establish personalized, effective treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy during individual, couples, and family sessions.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups to promote community engagement and address prevalent mental health aspects.
\n
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other team members for coordinated care, developing interdisciplinary approaches to support our patients effectively.

• Provide crisis intervention services for clients going through mental health emergencies, offering immediate and comprehensive support.
\n
• Educate patients on mental health conditions, treatment avenues, and community resources available to enhance their recovery journey.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with legal requirements and ethical standards using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Engage in case consultations, staff meetings, and continuous professional development activities to stay updated with the latest advancements in therapeutic practices.

The ideal candidate will be working with a diverse patient population, including individuals from various cultural, socioeconomic, and demographic backgrounds. Our therapeutic focus is on issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use, allowing therapists to apply a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to individual needs. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Tennessee.

• Extensive knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches.
\n
• Ability to conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and to craft appropriate treatment plans based on the results.

• Experience in delivering both individual and group therapy to a varied clientele.

• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, enabling effective patient interaction and rapport building.

• Strong ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining professional boundaries.

• Familiarity with EHR systems and basic computer applications required for telehealth.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of experience is required, candidates with prior telehealth experience and proficiency in various therapeutic interventions are highly desired. Experience in group facilitation and psychoeducation is also a plus, which can help enhance the service offered to clients.
