Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals seeking support in our Detox Center, where a multifaceted approach to therapy is vital. You will work with clients from varied backgrounds, promoting an environment where they feel safe and valued. Our diverse patient population includes those from ethnic minority communities, LGBTQ+ clients, and individuals facing cultural or socio-economic challenges, all of whom require and deserve unique and understanding mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.

• A current and valid license in the state as an LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW.

• A deep understanding of various mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies.
\n
• Experience delivering culturally responsive individual and group therapy.
\n
• Competence in crisis intervention with a composure that fosters client trust during challenging interactions.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage and build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
