Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children to identify developmental delays and plan appropriate interventions.

• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring alignment with best practices.

• Monitor and report outcomes, collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams to adjust treatment strategies as needed.

• Provide ongoing support and guidance to families, helping them understand child development and the best strategies to foster growth.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and natural learning environment strategies to deliver effective intervention services.
\n
• Ensure all service delivery complies with federal and state regulations, maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and ethical practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily support young children who exhibit developmental delays or disabilities. Our services cater especially to infants and toddlers during their critical early years, which are vital for cognitive, social/emotional, and communication developments. You will be instrumental in connecting with families, tailoring strategies that resonate with the unique needs and environments of each child.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work is required.

• Current LCSW licensure issued by the Department of Public Health.

• A valid driver’s license is necessary for potential travel to client homes or school settings.

• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare professionals.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
