Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gather crucial information on clients' mental and emotional health, helping us understand their concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to clients’ unique needs, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy.

• Work collaboratively with inter-disciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to develop and implement comprehensive, individualized treatment plans focused on client goals and interventions.

• Provide critical crisis intervention services, performing risk assessments and safety planning when necessary to uphold the safety and well-being of clients.

• Facilitate psychoeducational classes and support group sessions, fostering a sense of community and shared learning among clients.

• Maintain precise documentation that adheres to ethical and legal standards, ensuring the integrity and compliance of our treatment records.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
