Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations, incorporating assessments of physical functionality, pain levels, and rehabilitation progress.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based methodologies to ensure optimal patient recovery.
• Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy techniques and exercise prescriptions aimed at restoring mobility and reducing pain.
• Manage a focused patient caseload of approximately two patients per hour, with dedicated time for each individual to ensure the highest quality of care.
• Regularly monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment protocols accordingly to meet evolving recovery goals.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to design and maintain a comprehensive approach to patient care.
• Engage in a structured mentorship program offered by a fellowship-trained therapist, aimed at enhancing clinical skills and professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• Must hold an active Physical Therapy license in the state of Nevada.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in an outpatient orthopedic or rehabilitation setting is essential.
• Proven proficiency in manual therapy techniques and a solid understanding of rehabilitation protocols.

Compensation and Benefits
