Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, formulate accurate clinical diagnoses, and outline detailed treatment plans that reflect evidenced-based practices.

• Deliver individualized therapy, as well as group and family therapy sessions using techniques tailored to client needs, fostering a safe and constructive therapeutic environment.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention to clients undergoing acute mental health challenges, using de-escalation techniques and supportive counseling to stabilize situations.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, in compliance with ethical and legal requirements.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care planning and ensure holistic support for clients.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, various treatment options available, and community resources that can offer additional support.
\n
• Stay current with best practices in the mental health field through continuous education, professional development activities, and participation in relevant workshops.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families from various backgrounds. Your approach will be informed by cultural sensitivity and an understanding of issues that affect mental health in different demographics. You’ll engage with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and more, all while maintaining a focus on resilience and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) with a valid license to practice in Arizona.

• Possession of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.

• Demonstrated strong clinical assessment and diagnostic abilities.

• A minimum of two years of related experience providing therapeutic services.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on client engagement.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level roles.
