Your role as an LCSW will be primarily remote, allowing you the flexibility to provide therapy in a comfortable setting that suits your lifestyle. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to accurately gauge clients’ mental health status, strengths, and areas for growth.

• Develop and implement tailored, strengths-based treatment plans that address clients' unique needs and goals.

• Deliver evidence-based therapy through individual, family, and group sessions, utilizing various methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-focused techniques.

• Facilitate coordination of care by collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, case managers, and other healthcare providers, to ensure holistic support for clients.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation compliant with Medi-Cal regulations and ethical practices, ensuring quality of care and accountability.

• Engage in regular case consultation, team meetings, and clinical training to enhance skills and contribute to the collective knowledge base of the team.

• Act as an advocate for clients, providing crisis intervention as necessary, and empowering individuals to navigate their social systems effectively.
