Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary clients will be stable, low-acuity adults who seek support in navigating various mental health challenges. By focusing on building their skills and improving their quality of life, you'll play a vital role in helping them achieve greater emotional well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in a counseling-related discipline such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current state-issued mental health counseling license to practice independently, including LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD. Please indicate your credentials and licensed state in your application.

• No disciplinary actions against your license and no limited/provisional licenses.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating a supportive and empathetic approach towards clients.

• Strong computer proficiency, able to navigate various telehealth tools with ease.

• A computer with webcam and audio capabilities to facilitate virtual sessions, along with a reliable internet connection.

Preferred Experience\n

While we welcome all qualified candidates, experience in telehealth counseling and familiarity with solution-focused therapy techniques are advantageous. Your ability to efficiently manage a virtual caseload will enhance client experiences and treatment outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n
