The schedule may require nights and weekends. Hours per week: 40 FLSA Status: Exempt Division: Athletics Department: Athletics (Adm) Work Location: Student Activity Center Summary of Position Responsibilities Oversee Athletics Communications, track and execute revenue share and NIL parameters, manage the Director of Athletics Dashboard, serve as primary liaison to the Office of General Counsel, partner on financial oversight, and represent the AD across campus. The role requires exceptional executive maturity and focuses heavily on internal integration and alignment. Minimum Education/Experience Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required. Minimum of eight years of progressive leadership experience in collegiate athletics operations, professional sports administration, or complex executive support roles. Proven track record of managing high-level executive operations and preparing C-level or AD-level briefings. Preferred Education, Knowledge, Skills and Experience Master's degree in sports administration, business administration, or a related field. Experience working in professional leagues (NFL, NBA, MLB, MLS, NHL) or on the player representation agency side is highly preferred. Experience working directly with Division I student-athletes and understanding the student-athlete experience. Background encompassing varied aspects of athletics administration, including operations, communications, and major event management.
