Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments using evidence-based practices to formulate individualized treatment plans, guiding clients towards improved mental health.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), fostering a therapeutic alliance that encourages client progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse array of clients who may experience trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Texas.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to establish strong therapeutic relationships with clients.
