Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Crossroads, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Delivering comprehensive clinical services by developing and implementing individualized, recovery-oriented treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Conducting ongoing assessments to evaluate treatment efficacy and make necessary adjustments to care plans.

• Collaborating with clients to create and monitor progress on individual service plans.

• Facilitating skill-building exercises focused on coping mechanisms, problem-solving strategies, and effective communication.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your services will primarily address the diverse needs of adults over 18 who are contending with mental health difficulties that hinder their ability to maintain community stability. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following:

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid current state license, such as: \n

• The ability to practice independently without supervision, with no disciplinary actions against your license.
