Key Responsibilities\n

• Employ automatic self-assessment tools to track client progress, adjust therapeutic approaches, and personalize care based on evidence-based practices.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation via our user-friendly therapist portal, which streamlines documentation requirements and minimizes administrative workload.

• Engage in regular consultations with the Therapy Leadership Team, receiving support as needed while practicing independently.

• Create detailed assessments and treatment plans that align with the principles of measurement-based care, focusing on client outcomes.
\n
• Strictly adhere to HIPAA regulations and security protocols to safeguard the confidentiality and health information of clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse range of adult clients (ages 13 and up), addressing various emotional and mental health challenges. Our clients come from various cultural backgrounds, and this role requires sensitivity, cultural competency, and a commitment to inclusivity in therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work or a related field is required.

• Possession of an active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
