You will need a reliable internet connection and a private space to ensure patient confidentiality during sessions.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly, evidence-based therapeutic sessions with adult clients using telehealth methods.

• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with other psychiatric providers to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Utilize automatically administered symptom assessments and progress measures to evaluate client improvement and adjust treatment strategies effectively.

• Participate in team consultations and receive ongoing support from fellow counselors to enhance clinical skills and client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with individual adult clients from diverse backgrounds, guiding them through their mental health challenges using a combination of empathetic Listening and evidence-based therapeutic approaches. By supporting clients with varied life experiences, you will play a significant role in their journey towards healing and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
\n
• Possession of an active state license as one of the following: LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or PsyD.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing therapeutic interventions is necessary.

• Proficiency in using technology, including Google Suite and Electronic Health Records (EHRs), to document client progress and manage case files.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively connect with clients and document care accurately.

• Professional presentation, warmth, and empathy are vital to fostering a strong therapeutic relationship with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in providing telehealth therapy, specifically with adolescents and young adults.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range between USD 115,000 and 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
