Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to evaluate client needs regarding mental health and substance use.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that address assessed needs, incorporating client input and evidence-based strategies.

• Facilitate engaging individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation using electronic health records (EHR) to ensure compliance and continuity of care.

• Collaborate actively with other healthcare professionals in interdisciplinary team meetings to review client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Provide crisis intervention services, utilizing therapeutic skills to stabilize clients during critical situations.

• Stay informed about current trends, best practices, and advancements in the mental health and substance abuse treatment fields.

In this role, you will primarily serve individuals affected by a variety of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and substance use challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
