Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a designated caseload of clients while establishing rapport and maintaining professional ethical standards.

• Conduct regular progress meetings with clients to assess their stability, address challenges, and evaluate the need for continued support or appropriate discharge.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and circumstances.
\n
• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment outcomes to ensure continuity of care.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to gather essential client information for effective treatment planning.
\n
• Provide individual therapy sessions based on clients' specific needs and treatment goals, typically engaging in several sessions each week.

• Engage in individual supervision sessions to enhance professional development and ensure high-quality client care.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive services for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on outpatient clients from various backgrounds presenting with diverse mental health issues. This includes but is not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and behavioral issues within children and adolescents. Your holistic approach will help optimize their mental well-being and facilitate personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field.
\n
• A current, unrestricted, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license.
\n
• A minimum of one year of post-graduate clinical experience in an outpatient setting is required.
\n
• Proficiency with computers and experience using software such as Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY for documentation and communication.
\n
• Demonstrated experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families with varying needs.
\n

• Comfort with conducting thorough intake assessments independently.

• Previous experience in a multi-disciplinary collaborative healthcare setting is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, the position operates on a fee-for-service model, ensuring guaranteed rates that are paid ahead of collections, eliminating waiting periods for reimbursement. Other benefits include:
