Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant aids in the completion of all plant office work required to keep accurate information flowing between the plant and Corporate Office.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Inputs daily receipts for incoming raw materials in Excel and Oracle system.
• Responsible for input and printing of plant daily/weekly reports which includes but not limited to raw materials, fleet, inventory.
• Address and resolve any issues related to orders, such as delays, damages, or discrepancies.
• Customer service duties, to include handling customer inquiries about service and updating Customer accounts.
• Assist in typing correspondence, data entry, faxing and copying.
• Responsible for answering phone and taking message as necessary.
• Responsible for current security sign-in procedure along with gate intercom assistance.
• Back up to Office Manager and Accounting Clerk duties.
• All other duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Qualifications:

• An Associate's Degree, or equivalent practical experience (typically 2+ years in an administrative role).
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Exceptional organization and time-management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role.
• Experience with Oracle or a similar ERP system.
• Communicates clearly in verbal and written form.
• Excellent math skills.
