Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify clients' strengths, weaknesses, and needs, ensuring accurate intake documentation is prepared and submitted timely.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, selecting the best approaches that cater to individual client requirements.

• Develop and implement targeted psychological interventions aimed at helping clients achieve their specific goals, both individually and in family settings.

• Provide individual counseling sessions and, when necessary, family therapy to address relational dynamics and support systems.

• Offer vocational and experiential counseling, guiding clients toward sustainable life and career improvements.

• Collaborate with external community resources and referral networks to coordinate comprehensive care for clients, facilitating access to additional support services as needed.

• Deliver crisis intervention services promptly and document all interventions for use in treatment plans and outcomes assessment.

• Provide ongoing support through telephonic check-ins with clients and their families, ensuring accessibility and continuity of care.

• Maintain compliance with state licensing requirements and stay informed about best practices in clinical social work.

Qualifications\n
