Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Big Cedar Counseling Services, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools and interviews.
• Develop and implement comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices and client goals.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, adapting approaches to meet the diverse needs of clients.

Qualifications

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• An active license to practice as a mental health counselor in Washington State.

Compensation and Benefits
