Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and formulate individualized treatment plans aimed at meeting each client’s unique therapeutic needs.

• Deliver diverse therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), solution-focused short therapy, and psychodynamic therapy in both group and individual settings.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care, sharing insights and strategies for enhancing patient outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, complying with legal and ethical guidelines while ensuring the highest standards of confidentiality.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, including workshops, to stay informed about the latest mental health research and treatment innovations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation range for this role is competitive, offering a salary between USD 70,000 to 110,000 per year, alongside potential bonuses.
