Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain a positive and trusting rapport with clients, fostering a therapeutic alliance that encourages openness and honesty.

• Create tailored treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments of clients' individual needs, preferences, and circumstances.

• Conduct regular therapy sessions, offering evidence-based interventions and modifying treatment plans as clients progress or face new challenges.

• Document clinical assessments, treatment plans, and client progress according to ethical and legal standards.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, addressing various mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, and relational conflicts.

• Engage in ongoing assessment and evaluation of clients’ emotional and psychological well-being, adjusting approaches as needed.

Qualifications\n

• Must be a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with an active state license.
