Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will:

• Manage a caseload of youth clients, establishing rapport and fostering positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to track their progress, discuss challenges, and prepare for discharge when necessary.
\n
• Create, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments and client goals.
\n
• Maintain thorough and up-to-date documentation for each client, including progress notes and case files.
\n
• Perform detailed intake assessments to determine client needs and establish appropriate treatment protocols.
\n
• Conduct individual therapy sessions on a weekly basis, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to youth.

• Engage in one-on-one supervision sessions to discuss case management and professional development.
\n
• Collaborate actively with fellow healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care and holistic treatment approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on youth clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and other psychiatric conditions. Understanding the unique needs of this population and creating a safe, nonjudgmental environment for their expression is critical to your success in this role.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates should hold:

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

• The ability to meet internal credentialing requirements specific to our clinic.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time role ranges from $65,000 to $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, we offer:
