Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments with clients through secure video conferencing, utilizing industry-standard techniques to identify their unique needs and create appropriate treatment plans.

• Offer a variety of therapeutic modalities, including individual, family, marriage, and group therapy sessions, customized to the client’s specific circumstances and therapeutic goals.

• Administer mental health screenings to better understand clients' issues and to identify necessary areas of support.

• Continuously assess client progress and satisfaction, making timely adjustments to treatment plans to ensure the most effective care.

• Collaborate with fellow team members and engage in practice development activities, contributing to improvements within the organization’s mental health services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a broad spectrum of clients, including adults, children, and families dealing with various mental health and behavioral issues. Many clients face challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. Your role will be crucial in delivering tailored support that respects and acknowledges the individual circumstances and backgrounds of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Mental Health Counseling (LMHC), or Social Work (LICSW) is required.

• An active, unrestricted license to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist, Mental Health Counselor, or Clinical Social Worker is essential.

• 3 years of clinical experience working with diverse populations and multiple presenting issues is a must.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $105,000 annually, providing financial stability while you pursue your passion for mental health care.
