This role offers the flexibility of a remote work environment while still maintaining a supportive and collaborative team culture. As a member of our professional team, you will engage with colleagues regularly through virtual meetings, enhancing the quality of care we provide to our clients. Flexible scheduling options will be available to accommodate patient needs, with standard hours being Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments utilizing evidence-based practices to understand patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Implement various therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory frameworks, ensuring the ethical management of sensitive patient information.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals in a team-oriented environment, participating in case consultations and peer reviews to enhance care quality.

• Provide educational resources and support to patients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources available to them.

• Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated with the latest research and advancements in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Oregon.

• Proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy interventions and techniques to effectively tailor your approach to diverse patient needs.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with patients and colleagues alike.

Compensation and Benefits\n
