Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to determine the therapeutic needs of clients.

• Providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to address specific challenges such as addiction, chronic pain, anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Developing personalized and actionable treatment plans in collaboration with clients and other team members.

• Facilitating crisis intervention as needed, employing effective strategies to ensure client safety and well-being.

• Engaging in multi-disciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and clinic policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic serves a diverse population, including adolescents, adults, and families grappling with complex mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active Marriage and Family Therapy license in California (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
