Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments, employing culturally sensitive techniques to evaluate the needs of children and adults with various mental health conditions.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing psycho-education, goal-setting, and personalized treatment planning tailored to each client's unique situation.

• Coordinate effectively with a multidisciplinary patient care team, linking clients with external mental health service providers and community-based resources to enhance their care.

• Document treatment plans, progress notes, and case management reports accurately, ensuring all information meets regulatory standards and facilitates continuity of care.

• Monitor and assess client progress regularly, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to promote optimal mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health discipline is required.

• Active and appropriate California licensure as a Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
