Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gather information related to the client’s mental health and psychosocial functioning.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate therapeutic goals and measurable outcomes tailored to the individual needs of clients.

• Prepare and maintain accurate, detailed, and timely progress notes that reflect client engagement and treatment interventions.

• Regularly review and update treatment objectives, ensuring effective communication with clients and other health care providers involved in the client’s care.

• Build and nurture strong therapeutic relationships with clients through empathetic support and guidance.

• Engage in collaborative meetings with interdisciplinary team members to discuss client progress and strategize on approaches to enhance therapy outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LMFT will work primarily with individuals, couples, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, and interpersonal conflicts. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active LMFT license in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, reflective of your experience and qualifications.
