This position is fully remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance. Utilizing telehealth technologies, you will interact with clients through video conferencing platforms, ensuring that patients receive the consistent support they need, regardless of their geographical location. Our work hours are typically Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts based on client demand.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and compassionate mental health assessments that consider both psychological and medical factors influencing patients’ mental health.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that address dual psychiatric and medical needs, ensuring that therapy is both relevant and effective.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based methodologies tailored to the specific contexts and conditions of patients.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including medical professionals, to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal treatment outcomes.

• Educate clients about the interconnections between mental health and physical wellness, empowering them to actively manage their conditions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.
