Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patient population consists of individuals who often face co-occurring mental health and medical conditions, including chronic pain, autoimmune disorders, and substance use issues. As a mental health therapist, you will have the opportunity to work closely with these individuals, providing them not only with therapeutic support but also with practical tools and resources to navigate their complex healthcare situations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) within the state of California.

• Demonstrated proficiency in addressing the mental health needs of patients with concurrent medical issues, and experience in integrated care settings.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with patients, families, and medical professionals.

• Strong adherence to ethical guidelines, professional boundaries, and patient confidentiality standards.

• Proficient with electronic health record (EHR) systems and familiar with teletherapy platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We are pleased to offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
