Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify clients’ specific mental health challenges and develop personalized treatment goals.

• Utilize mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to support clients in managing stress and enhancing emotional regulation.

• Lead mindfulness workshops and group therapy sessions, offering guidance on meditation practices and stress management techniques.

• Engage clients with tailored individual therapy that incorporates mindfulness practices aimed at fostering self-awareness and emotional balance.

• Document client progress meticulously, tracking mindfulness interventions and modifying treatment plans as necessary based on clients' evolving needs.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
