Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to gather information on clients’ mental and emotional health, followed by crafting personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.

• Actively advocate for clients by connecting them with necessary community resources, support groups, or other healthcare services to facilitate their overall well-being.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and organizational policies.

• Regularly evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, conducting follow-up assessments to track developments and outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on a diverse clientele facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and co-occurring disorders. You will work with children, adolescents, adults, and families, providing tailored interventions that respect each individual’s cultural and personal backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (LCSW), Counseling (LPCC), Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), or a related field is required.

• Active licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in California is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience.
