Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health status through clinical interviewing techniques and evidence-based assessment tools.

• Handle psychiatric emergencies with professionalism, utilizing your knowledge to diagnose, assess, and apply therapeutic methods suited to the needs of each client.

• Adhere to rights and regulations concerning patient care, integrating principles of adult psychology in your treatment approaches.

• Formulate and implement effective individualized treatment plans based on established diagnostic criteria and ongoing evaluations.

• Respond swiftly to crisis situations by identifying immediate needs and facilitating appropriate referrals while ensuring patient confidentiality is maintained.

• Evaluate clients for potential medication referrals, providing insightful contributions to their progress and treatment evaluations.

• Engage in comprehensive intake processes, gathering detailed histories and executing crisis interventions as needed.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to review client cases, implement strategic treatment interventions, and contribute to holistic care solutions.

• Create targeted treatment plans for individual and group therapy sessions that address diverse mental, emotional, and familial disorders.

• Continuously monitor and assess clinical efficacy, adapting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal client outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous clinical case histories for diagnostic evaluations and track the progress of client treatment journeys.

Qualifications\n

• Active state-issued professional license to practice as a mental health counselor in the United States.

• Current licensure as LPCC, LMFT, or LCSW issued by the relevant state board.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Compensation for this role ranges from $120,000 to $140,000 annually, accompanied by an attractive $3,000 sign-on bonus.
