Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients’ mental health using structured assessments to identify their individual needs and concerns.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that reflect each client's unique challenges, goals, and preferences.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using our secure virtual platform, ensuring an engaging and effective therapeutic experience.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with industry standards and organizational policies.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals within the organization to enhance patient care and support services.

• Participate in regular team meetings and professional development sessions to stay updated on best practices in teletherapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients represent a wide range of backgrounds and experiences, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will have the opportunity to work with individuals of various ages, from adolescents to seniors, each presenting unique challenges and circumstances that require personalized therapeutic approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted license in California as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC.

• Proficient understanding of mental health diagnoses and treatment methodologies relevant to various client populations.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health counseling setting.

• Experience with teletherapy platforms such as Zoom or Doxy.me is highly advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
