Work Environment\n

Our work setting is entirely remote, designed to enable therapists to connect with clients in a comfortable environment that suits both their needs and the needs of the patients. You will maintain a schedule of Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility needed to meet patient demands. Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) , or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Georgia.

• Demonstrated expertise in mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and cultural competency within therapeutic contexts.

• Proven experience in delivering quality individual and group therapy using inclusive practices tailored to diverse populations.

• Strong crisis intervention capabilities, with a calm demeanor in high-pressure situations.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
