Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to evaluate their mental health needs, diagnose conditions, and devise effective treatment plans.

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), individualized to meet specific client goals.

• Provide urgent crisis intervention and emotional support for clients in acute distress, ensuring appropriate safety plans are established.

• Document client interactions meticulously, maintaining accurate and confidential records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate client care and ensure comprehensive treatment approaches.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health disorders, available treatment options, and community resources to empower informed decision-making.

• Commit to ongoing professional development by participating in workshops, training sessions, and staying current with advancements in mental health therapies.

Your work will be centered on a diverse client population, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist in the form of LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.

• At least two years of relevant clinical experience providing therapy to individuals or groups.

Compensation and Benefits\n
