Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs, objectives, and pain points, which will serve as the foundation for personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing established methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based techniques through secure telecommunication platforms.

• Partner with clients to collaboratively establish their therapeutic goals, create tailored treatment plans, and consistently monitor their progress throughout the therapy process.

• Maintain clear and timely documentation of all client interactions, therapy sessions, and treatment outcomes, adhering to professional standards of confidentiality and ethical guidelines.

• Provide ongoing support to clients, actively engaging them in their treatment while fostering a trusting and therapeutic rapport.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on diverse patient populations, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and various co-occurring disorders. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) .
