Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify their mental health needs and develop effective treatment plans that highlight clear goals and objectives.

• Deliver individual and family counseling sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's unique situation, ensuring high standards of care and fostering a safe space for healing.

• Coordinate care and facilitate referrals to community resources and support services as needed, including partnerships with schools and organizations for clients in diverse settings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, relationship issues, and the effects of substance abuse. Qualifications\n

• An earned Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related discipline from an accredited institution, or within one year of completion.
