Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients’ mental health needs, utilizing evidence-based tools and techniques.

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique circumstances and goals, ensuring alignment with their needs.

• Facilitate care coordination by connecting clients with community resources, including educational institutions, rehabilitation programs, and other support services.

• Provide individualized counseling and support to clients facing challenges related to mental health, substance abuse, and trauma.

• Offer guidance and educational resources to clients and their families, fostering improved communication and understanding around mental health issues.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to remain knowledgeable about current mental health practices and regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals from various backgrounds, age groups, and socioeconomic statuses. You will support clients experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties, with a specific focus on enhancing their overall emotional and psychological well-being through telehealth services.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.

• Licensed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Oregon.

• At least two years of experience providing counseling services in a clinical setting or under supervision.

• Strong foundational knowledge of theories related to personality development, individual differences, and abnormal behavior patterns.

• Familiarity with current trends and best practices in the mental health field and effective interview techniques.

Compensation and Benefits\n
