Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments with clients to evaluate their mental health status and identify appropriate treatment goals.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and solution-focused approaches.

• Facilitate regular counseling sessions via video conferencing, providing a safe space for clients to discuss their feelings and experiences.

• Monitor client progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary, and documenting all sessions in the electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Provide referrals to additional healthcare providers if needed, such as psychiatrists for medication management.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including other mental health professionals, to deliver comprehensive care to clients.

• Engage in continuous professional development through training and workshops offered by the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse group of clients facing various mental health concerns, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and substance use disorders. Your ability to provide culturally responsive care will be crucial in effectively addressing the unique challenges each client presents.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Oregon.
\n
• A minimum of 4 years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.
\n
• A strong understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Demonstrated capacity to deliver individual and group therapy through a culturally competent lens.

• Expertise in crisis intervention and conflict resolution strategies.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Familiarity with EHR systems and online counseling platforms.

• A commitment to maintaining ethical guidelines and professional boundaries.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
