Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments for clients, utilizing evidence-based practices to inform effective treatment planning tailored to individual needs.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to foster healing and resilience in clients.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation that complies with HIPAA regulations, ensuring client confidentiality and adherence to best practices in mental health care.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide integrated care and enhance client outcomes.

• Participate in peer review sessions and case consultations to promote professional growth and ensure the delivery of the highest standard of care.

• Educate clients and their families on treatment options, community resources, and strategies for managing mental health conditions, empowering them to take an active role in their care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinicians work with a broad spectrum of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. You will play a crucial role in guiding clients from various backgrounds on their journeys toward mental wellness and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution, showcasing your commitment to the field.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) within the state of Oregon.
