Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to identify clients’ mental health issues, preparing detailed reports that inform treatment plans.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on specific client challenges, goals, and preferences.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team comprised of psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to deliver integrated care that addresses the multifaceted needs of clients.

• Educate and actively involve clients’ families in the treatment process, enhancing understanding and support within their recovery journey.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with all ethical and regulatory standards.

Qualifications\n
