Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual, family, and group therapy sessions via telehealth, employing evidence-based practices to manage a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and familial conflict.

• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, aligning therapy goals with their unique needs and circumstances.

• Providing immediate crisis intervention to clients in acute distress, assessing their needs and ensuring their safety while guiding them through challenging moments.

• Maintaining comprehensive, accurate, and confidential client records in accordance with state and federal regulations, ensuring all documentation is up to date and meets compliance standards.

• Engaging in regular supervision and team meetings to discuss client progress, share insights, and explore new approaches to care.

• Continuously researching and incorporating the latest developments in mental health practices to enhance therapeutic methods and improve client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a member of our counseling team, you will work with a diverse population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Our clients come from various backgrounds and may be dealing with myriad issues ranging from mild emotional distress to severe mental health conditions. Your ability to establish strong rapport and maintain cultural competence will be essential in ensuring clients feel understood and supported throughout their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications\n

We seek candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Oregon, or eligibility for such licensure.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience providing therapy services to individuals, families, or groups.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect and communicate effectively with clients of diverse backgrounds.

• A commitment to cultural competence, inclusivity, and the provision of affirming care to all clients.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proficiency with telehealth technologies and electronic health records.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in a telehealth platform or familiarity with specific therapeutic modalities (such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, or Solution-Focused Therapy) will stand out. Experience working with specific populations (such as children or LGBTQ+ individuals) is also a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications.
