Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments to gather comprehensive data regarding clients’ mental health history and presenting concerns.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices and client goals.

• Facilitate psychotherapy sessions, delivering therapeutic interventions that may include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, and other modalities tailored to client needs.

• Document all client interactions and treatment outcomes in compliance with legal and regulatory standards as well as clinic policies.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance clinical skills and stay updated on best practices in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• Active licensure as a Mental Health Clinician (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or equivalent). Candidates must provide proof of current licensure.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; a Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage/Family Therapy, or Social Work is preferred.

• Possess a minimum of two years of experience in providing psychotherapy to teens, adults, and couples.
