Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients and their families to identify social, emotional, and economic challenges affecting their access to healthcare.

• Strategically develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to the needs of clients dealing with trauma and substance use issues.

• Provide telehealth counseling sessions, offering support through various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing.

• Advocate for clients by researching and connecting them with community resources, including food assistance programs, childcare, and healthcare services.

• Effectively manage crisis situations, demonstrating a calm and decisive approach during mental health emergencies, including instances of child abuse or severe emotional distress.

• Continuously monitor client progress and follow up regularly to ensure their situations are improving, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

• Document treatment plans, session notes, and outcomes to maintain compliance with Department of Mental Health regulations and streamline billing processes.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
